Spleen
We all have ups and downs in life. Right now, I think I hit bottom.
At work it's dead calm. Since I work in the research department of my company and there is very little research to do because there is no investment for now, I'm bored alone in an office of 72 who M2 the most propitious time was occupied by 4 people. I spend my time doing odd jobs unattractive to work and read blogs on the Internet when the software allows me flicage access. I zone on Tumblr photos of guys more or less naked. I drink gallons of water to kill time. I prepare the messages that I'll publish on my blog.
At home, even if I have the courage to cook, do some laundry and housework, I am behind. My balcony is in a deplorable state. I should arrange to be able to store all my gardening equipment and it drags on the loose tiles. I had to project to redo my bathroom in the spring and I have not yet restarted the quote that I had to fall. I bulk laundry not ironed. I have tons of paperwork to sort. When I take a day providing RTT plenty to do, if I'm the tenth it is the maximum. I spent hours on the internet to zone rather than move my ass and do some sport. The night I fall asleep watching TV and at 5 o'clock in the morning, I woke up. I have ten books I started reading and I barely have the courage to flip through magazines covered with pictures of hunks in swimsuits.
The big family house is now decaying at a rate "Grand V" because it is no longer inhabited. The roof is good to be redone. Following a TV show, we just discovered only part of the cellar was attacked by dry rot and it will take a heavy treatment. My parents do not throw anything we have left a bric-a-brac not possible and even if we already have much gutted it is still not bad. When we went there, it is no ease since spent his time working like crazy to maintain the 22 acres of land around there. It raises the question of the sell, but some of my sisters are reluctant and real estate market is not flourishing in the village where she resides. I for my part in that house with a workshop machine wood and lots of tools and I'm wondering what I'll be able to do. I wonder of any outstanding or buy or lease a hangar at home.
Hopefully I'll get better. I must move. I have plenty of tracks in the head but I do not carry. And as I am a poet (Thanks to old Marianist who taught me some poems for my school) I give you Baudelaire
When the low heavy sky weighs like a lid
On the groaning spirit, victim of long ennui, And
embracing the horizon whole circle
It pays us a black day sadder than any night;
When the earth is changed into a damp dungeon,
Where Hope like a bat ,
Goes beating the walls with her timid wing
And bumping their heads on ceilings rotten
When the rain stretching out its endless train
one vast grim prison bars
And the dumb throngs of infamous spiders
Comes to his net deep in our brains,
Bells suddenly jump furiously
And hurl a frightful roar the sky,
As well as wandering spirits and homeless
Who start to whine persistently.
- And long hearses, without drums or music,
File slowly through my soul Hope,
defeated, weeps, and atrocious, despotic Anguish,
On my bowed skull plants its black flag.
And I had lots of photos to accompany this poem that I will spare you.

Once and at the same time a source of personal fulfillment, self esteem, social ties and social recognition, the work is more often experienced as a daily penalty exposing the individual to isolation, the anguish of not being "up to" the stress of competition, public humiliation, suffering psychological prompting some to suicide. Many reports have explored these phenomena now focusing their social, economic and sometimes political causes, or both individual and psychological. Study: Using a cell phone affect brain activity When a individual uses his cell areas of the brain located near its antenna with increased brain activity, says a U.S. study. However, scientists still do not know if the magnetic field generated by cell phones is harmful to the brain. The study, published in the Journal of the American Medical Association, was conducted in 2009 by Nora Volkow, director of the National Institute for the fight against drug abuse in Maryland. Although she found that a call lasting about fifty minutes increased by 7% of brain activity, his experience does not allow whether this stimulation may have adverse effects on the brain. When an individual receives or makes a call, the phone produces a small magnetic field may be absorbed by the head and brain. Dr. Volkow has also found that increased activity of the exposed parts of the brain follows a direct line of force of the electromagnetic field generated by the téléphone.L American study was conducted among 47 volunteers between 1 January and December 31, 2009. Each participant had to use a cellphone during a period of 50 minutes. They had to switch to ear with a device on and off. Brain activity was measured using a positron tomographic camera. I work on the website "history" of a company more than a century now part of a British group. As was done in the late 19th century around the plant, cities for workers and employees had been built and executives living large town houses with large windows, high ceilings and polished wood floors . When I started working there, she even owned a vineyard rather important. Over the years the housing estates were sold or razed, the mansions have been modified to house the services related to the production (technical, computer, laboratory etc.. ) And the winery was sold. The interior of part of the technical services building was partly rebuilt in the early 1990s when he moved there, and since then, nothing except for some tinkering first aid. It has slowly deteriorated. The former telephone exchange collapses unoccupied since that time and offers a magnificent view of ruin, the windows let in drafts, it flounders on the carpet when it rains because the drains are clogged. The attic is filled with buckets to collect water from numerous leaks from the roof, plaster interior walls falls because of the humidity, the outside is crumbling and the original red became pale pink, the gutters are clogged or breakthroughs. One of the secretaries even had a water leak on his PC keyboard. Thank goodness we have a heating and air conditioning very effective.
And then there: complete reorganization following the acquisition by the British parent of a French group working in the same area. So the CEO of one of two divisions from the merger of our group bought with that turns up in our famous building with many offices were empty due to declining enrollment. The sudden commotion of fighting. Windows are changed, change the soil, we repainted everywhere, we put new patches on the walls, we will redo the roof, we will shave the wart, a building is redone from scratch.
For 20 years, despite the many questions raised by staff representatives on the status of this building, nothing was done. And suddenly, there is all the money you want. Whether you are powerful or miserable ...
We just learned today that our Prime Minister , not content to take a vacation all expenses paid in Mubarak his friend, returned home in Sarthe, 250 kilometers from Paris in presidential Falcon at an estimated cost of the trip to 27000 €.
Finally the political world and the world of industry are not so far away from each other about spending their money.

Facebook
Going for a walk this morning to see how Facebook had spent the evening Pierre, the youngest of my little blogosphere, I was amazed targeted advertising based its activities on this so-called social networking.
There were three pubs.
A link to a clothing store in Palm Springs. Sometimes I have bought clothes on commercial sites, including U.S.. Moving on.
A link to go enjoy a discount of 70% at a fast food restaurant. I think I can count on the fingers of my hand the number of times I visited the temples of junk food these last 10 years.
As the 3rd link, I can say that the picture of this dating site does not give me absolutely want to go check it out even if I get on well with the ladies.
They still have a job statisticians and computer scientists from Facebook.

My cult movies # 1
I'm not a big movie buff. I'm going to the movies like everyone else. I think I'm pretty romantic in my choice, also the first of the series will be "Out of Africa" by Sydney Pollack. Merryl Streep and Robert Redford play beautifully. The scenery, music, Mozart on the gramophone in the middle of the savanna, John Barry for the soundtrack, everything is there. Go a little dream.

Fatal Attraction. Suicide is first and foremost an intolerance to pain. Within six months, Peter, 37, has lost two jobs and had a painful marital separation. Driven to the wall financially, he had to sell his house and he put a cross on many dreams. To his family and loved ones who asked him if he needed help, he replied that everything was fine and that he would eventually get away. One day, Peter has decided to end it and committed suicide. For him, life was not worth the trouble of living. "Contrary to belief People, this is not the suffering that leads to suicide, but the look that covers this suffering, "said Marc-André Dufour, a psychologist who worked ten years at the Centre for Suicide Prevention in Quebec . "The suicidal act is first and foremost an intolerance with suffering. By ending his life, the person does not eliminate his pain: it multiplies and distributes it to those who remain. One has only to see the reactions of people who are posting the suicide of a loved one: they are completely destroyed. It is indeed an enormous bereavement traumatic. For this reason, I consider that suicide is an act highly damaging not only to the person himself but also for his family. It is therefore essential that welcomes her suffering and she goes to get help to avoid such a tragedy. " www.aufil.ulaval.ca/articles/fatale-attraction-31311.html
A easy, enjoyable and effective way to improve memory. Walk for 40 minutes several times a week, would preserve and protect the memory of the decline of mental abilities associated with aging, according to a U.S. study published in the February issue the journal Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences. The study shows that moderate exercise increases the volume of the hippocampus, a brain region associated with memory and improves performance on memory tests. Erick Kirk of the University of Pittsburgh and his colleagues conducted the study with 120 healthy people, aged 55-80 years who presented with normal signs of atrophy of the hippocampus. Half of them were assigned to a moderate walk of 40 minutes, 3 days a week, and the other half did stretching exercises and weight training. After one year, participants who walked had a greater volume of left and right hippocampi of about 2% compared to a reduced volume of about 1.4% of other participants. Cardiovascular exercise in the elderly, even on a modest and relatively short period, the researchers conclude, may protect the brain from the normal decline associated with aging.
The brain at this stage remains editable, they comment. www.psychomedia.qc.ca/memoire/2011-02-01/exercice-cardiovasculaire
